Ordering FAQs:

How do I go about purchasing a pedal?

You can purchase a pedal directly through the website, or if you know me/are local/are unsure about what you want/want a custom job, feel free to contact me directly and we'll see what we can do.

How do I go about ordering a custom cable?

Fill out the form under the 'Cables' page.  After that, and based on your preferences, I'll be able to email back with an estimate.

How do I go about paying for this?

If you're ordering a pedal directly through the site, you'll go through the standard only checkout.  If you are ordering (be it a custom job or otherwise) directly through emails with me, you can pay in cash in person, or via PayPal.

How long will it take for my pedal/cable to get to me?

There is an estimated 3-4 week wait time for pedal orders.  Please be patient, this is a 1 person operation and everything is made by hand, specifically for each customer.  For custom orders, it is likely to take longer depending on how complicated the request is.  Cables will likely only take 1-2 weeks at the most.  After your oder is completed, it will ship out, or you can arrange a pick up/drop off if you're local.  Shipping is standard, and will take as long as any other online order usually takes.  I can keep you apprised of your order's status via email if you like.

Can I try a pedal out before buying?

We may be able to arrange a test session, again if you're local.  Contact me directly and let's see what we can work out.

Is there a warranty for the pedals?

There is a 6 month warranty on all pedals.  Meaning:  if there is an issue with your pedal, I will fix it free of charge.  However, if you need to ship the pedal back to me, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.  If local, we can arrange a drop off.  After the warranty ends, you may have to pay a repair fee, depending on what the problem is.  It is important to note that several user errors/actions will void the warranty:  using an incorrect power supply, attempting to modify the pedal, anything that I determine to be abuse outside of "every day wear and tear'.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your pedal you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.  There must be minimal apparent use, it must function properly, and there must not be any operational or cosmetic damage.  I realize this may sound harsh, but hey, each pedal is made to order and this is a very small operation.

I don't understand some of the technical terms used on the site...

Definitely email me!  If you're just getting into the pedal game, I realize that a lot of the jargon can be daunting to look at.  Most of it can be easily explained with a little more time or a quick napkin sketch.

Do you do collaborations with other artists/builders? Will you do some sort of cross-promotion with my band?

Quid pro quo you say, Agent Starling?  Let's find out, email me!
